"Our favourite restaurant in Nova Scotia so far.
The German mountain potato soup was easily the best soup we’ve ever had, the schnitzel was tender and flavourful and the Black Forest cake was the perfect amount of sweetness. Run by a lovely man who takes pride in his mastery of serving fresh, authentic, classic German dishes.
Needless to say, we look forward to coming back again soon!"

We went for Easter Sunday Dinner.
Absolutely amazing service, and atmosphere, welcoming and friendly.
The food was delicious and hot and l need the carrot and ginger soup recipe.
We were entertained for a short while by a man and his guitar and singing
My son and wife travelled an hour and we travelled two and an half hours in a downpour more than worth it.
Next time, soon l hope we will stay overnight .

My wife and I had a wonderful Sunday dinner at Edelweiss this evening. The food was absolutely delicious and service was top notch. The beef goulash was out of this world with the spaetzle and red cabbage. I cleaned my plate. A wonderful place for a nice cozy dinner with the family or as a couple with delicious food. We will be back!
