"Our favourite restaurant in Nova Scotia so far.
The German mountain potato soup was easily the best soup we’ve ever had, the schnitzel was tender and flavourful and the Black Forest cake was the perfect amount of sweetness. Run by a lovely man who takes pride in his mastery of serving fresh, authentic, classic German dishes.
Needless to say, we look forward to coming back again soon!"

"This one of the best restaurants in Canada. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is great, and the food is freshly prepared from fresh ingredients. The portion is decent and the dissert is delicious. Joerg is very meticulous and quite experienced and knowledgeable. Barbara's customer's service is pretty impressive, she is very caring. It is a must visit restaurant if you happen to be in Nova Scotia"

My wife and I had a wonderful Sunday dinner at Edelweiss this evening. The food was absolutely delicious and service was top notch. The beef goulash was out of this world with the spaetzle and red cabbage. I cleaned my plate. A wonderful place for a nice cozy dinner with the family or as a couple with delicious food. We will be back!
